About the Opportunity

Bolton Talent Solutions, in partnership with Bolton College, is building a specialist talent pool for the 2026/27 academic year for teaching professionals within Health & Social Care, Science, Sport, Public Services and Early Years.

We are seeking passionate and knowledgeable lecturers, teachers, trainers, assessors and industry specialists interested in future opportunities across our Further Education provision. Whether you are an experienced educator or an industry professional looking to move into teaching, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lecturer / Teacher, you may be responsible for:

  • Delivering engaging, high-quality teaching and learning sessions
  • Planning and preparing effective lessons and learning resources
  • Assessing, tracking and monitoring learner progress and achievement
  • Supporting learner wellbeing, confidence, inclusion and progression
  • Maintaining accurate learner records and contributing to quality processes
  • Working collaboratively with curriculum teams to achieve departmental objectives
  • Creating a positive and inspiring learning environment that promotes learner success
