About the Opportunity

Responsibilities

As a Lecturer / Teacher, your responsibilities may include:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching and training in line with Bolton College's lesson structure
  • Planning and preparing engaging learning activities and resources
  • Assessing, monitoring and tracking learner progress
  • Supporting learner confidence, inclusion, wellbeing and progression
  • Contributing to departmental objectives, quality standards and collaborative working practices
  • Creating an inspiring learning environment that promotes achievement and positive learner outcomes
