Pay rate: £12.21 plus holiday pay

Position Overview:

We are currently seeking flexible and reliable temporary Cleaners to join our Estates team on an ad hoc basis. Whether you’re looking to top up your income or want flexible work to fit around other commitments, this is a great opportunity to support the college in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for all students and staff.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out general cleaning duties across college buildings (classrooms, offices, corridors, communal areas, toilets)
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained
• Using appropriate cleaning equipment and materials safely
• Reporting any maintenance or hygiene concerns promptly

 

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to take pride in your work
• Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently
• Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or cover shifts at short notice
