Position Overview:

We are looking for dedicated and reliable temporary Caretakers to join our Estates team. If you take pride in maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments, we want to hear from you! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking flexible, short-term work while making a positive impact on our college community.

Key Responsibilities:

General site maintenance, including minor repairs and upkeep
Ensuring the college premises are clean, safe, and well-presented
Opening and securing buildings as required
Assisting with setting up rooms and facilities particularly for exams
Reporting any maintenance issues promptly

What We’re Looking For:

A proactive and hands-on approach to caretaking duties
Reliability and a strong work ethic
Previous caretaking, facilities, or maintenance experience (desirable but not essential)
The ability to work flexibly, including early mornings and evenings
